Ordering Instructions

Custom Orders: Not all designs can be embroidered on all fabrics, so please call to ask about the compatibility of design and materials. Examples of fabrics are tee shirts, sweatshirts, denim shirts, jeans, etc.
Pricing: The design price is listed on the website or will be discussed by phone for custom orders.
Shipping: Ready to Wear ships in 1-2 business days. Call to discuss custom order shipping.
Enhancements: Many designs can be greatly enhanced with Swarovski or Preciosa crystals and metallic threads. I highly recommend crystals, as they add eye-popping sparkle and twinkle that makes the product (and you!) a real sensation. The crystals are made with a highly-developed cutting method that results in very high brilliance. Metallic threads are made of polyester and add a lustrous shine to the stitching; I use them in certain applications.
When you call to order, we will discuss all the enhancements, such as crystals.
You can apply your own crystals! Ask me!
Laundering: Laundering instructions will be provided with your product.
Return/Exchange: By approval only.
